Returns and refunds
For eligible UK consumer distance purchases, you generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, subject to applicable exceptions. After notifying us of cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To request a return, email info@gizeto.co.uk with your order number. Please contact us before sending goods so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Refunds, delivery costs and return postage will be handled according to applicable law and the terms provided at checkout. This guide does not restrict your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
